Ronco Specialized Systems is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Technical Project Lead for our West Columbia office. The Technical Project Lead position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrated solutions, along with the delivery of timely, high-quality customer service throughout our South Carolina service territory and broader Southeast regional footprint.

Accountabilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Present A/V technology solutions to customers in professional environments Prepare and present proposals
Conduct walk-through and develop scope of work documents based off of potential installation projects
Develop relationships & new customers through networking & opportunity recognition
Respond to bids & RFP’s
Understand & successfully interpret specifications
Estimate architectural drawings and relay accurate counts & SOW to internal engineering & operational teams Demonstrate various technology solutions to customers
Keep accurate pipelines via Customer Relationship Management software
Develop & maintain strong product & industry knowledge
Ability to recognize local industry trends Develop & maintain professional relationships with manufacturer representatives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus work experience
5 years professional level experience working within the Audio & Video Industry
Crestron and CTS-AVIXA certifications highly preferred
Superior oral and written communication skills Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
